Endure- Womens Only Resilience Event

This event is for you if..

• You feel like you’ve been enduring life on autopilot, repeating the same patterns without understanding why. • Sometimes feeling numb, anxious, or disconnected from yourself, unsure how to access what you truly feel.

• You find yourself people pleasing or avoiding conflict, even when it means abandoning what you really want.

• You tend to overthink everything, searching for certainty or security that never quite arrives.

• You give endlessly to others but rarely feel like you have permission to prioritise yourself.

• You are used to pushing yourself to achieve and perform, yet still question whether it will ever feel like enough.

• You’ve relied on distractions or coping habits just to get through the day, and you’re ready to reconnect with yourself instead.

• You want to understand how you respond under pressure, rather than be controlled by those responses.

What to expect

Psychoeducation on the nervous system and connecting with where your nervous system is usually functioning from on a day to day basis as a baseline.

Resilience component through physical exertion- a mix of strength and functional movement exercises to meet yourself at your edges. What stories come up when you’re not doing something perfectly? Is your self worth linked with what you can achieve and perform? This component is an opportunity to start bringing those walls down and relating to yourself differently when the pressure is on.

Mental resilience component through ice baths- a perfect example of finding the balance between Enduring and Surrender. Can you find strength and perseverance through softness? Can you allow yourself to meet the fear of what if I can’t do it, in order to meet yourself on the other side?

Emotional and spiritual resilience through Somatic Breathwork- an opportunity to go internal and let your nervous system stop rehearsing the past in the present. Emotional resilience is not to be confused with being hard hearted- emotional resilience is our ability to feel safe in our bodies, for our heart to lead the way in life and find strength and growth through expressing our authenticity in the world.

  • Yes, whether this is your first time doing Conscious Connected Breathwork, ice baths or physical exertion is a sensitive point for you, all levels are more than welcome. Time will be spent providing step by step what to expect in each component and you will be guided to push yourself only within a safe container and safe limits.

  • If you are not willing to be challenged mentally, emotionally and physically in order to see your whole self differently.
    If you are not willing to be open minded, to be in community and to allow yourself to be vulnerable for the chance to create lasting change in your mind and life.

Breathwork Events

A 3 hour small group Breathwork session nestled in the Lesmurdie Hills. This is an opportunity to give yourself space to reconnect, release and regulate. Through deep breathing and guided focus on your inner experience, you can move tension, notice your inner patterns and remember your spiritual connection where there is peace and guidance for you .

This is a safe space with a maximum of 7 attendees any session, beginners welcome and encouraged.

    • An opening meditation to ground the mind

    • Gentle physical movement to help regulate and prepare the nervous system for the breathwork

    • 1.5 hour deep Breathwork journey

    • A closing chat about integration and moving forward from here

    I feel like I’ve been on a high for the last two days. I’m so aware of my deep fear to not be embarrassed and I’ve been constantly picking up when I say something or do something that tries to keep the fear alive. I have to pause and think “no this doesn’t actually embarrass me”.     Find out your exact time of birth then I’m able to print off your chart for the event so you can refer to it and begin your self-understanding journey using Astrology.

    The more frequently you come, the more your knowledge will grow. There’s lots to learn with Astrology no matter your level. That’s a huge part of the fun! :)

    Outside the astrology info, it is a warm and welcoming space to hang out with other people who have the same curiosity for self knowledge as you :).

  • That’s okay, we can still access your birth chart using your date and location of birth. You will be missing some pieces of information, but it absolutely is not an obstacle to you attending and getting the most you can out of the evening.
